Imperial Terrace West is a deed-restricted 55+ community located in beautiful Lake County, Florida, and home to 224 residences. Sixty-eight of our homes enjoy water access, and residents also have the convenience of a private boat ramp for easy entry to the water.

 

Our community offers a variety of amenities designed for comfort, recreation, and connection. The Clubhouse serves as the heart of our neighborhood and includes a library, office space, and a game area featuring a pool table, shuffleboard table, and an electronic dart board. Residents also enjoy outdoor shuffleboard courts, along with a relaxing indoor saltwater pool and spa. For those who need extra storage, a trailer storage compound and marina slips are available for an additional fee on a space-available basis.

 

Imperial Terrace West is also a designated golf-cart community, and golf carts may be driven on the public streets within the HOA, making it easy and convenient to get around the neighborhood.
